Enthusiastically putting his clients first has seen Shaun Cosgrave achieve the number one ranking in the Central Region once again.
This is the 10th time Shaun has taken out the number one spot at the end of financial year awards.
Shaun has worked in the Hamilton area for 25 years and in that time has earned a reputation as someone who listens carefully to his clients’ needs and always delivers.
Harcourts CEO Chris Kennedy says there is something special about the way Shaun relates to people that encourages clients to use his services every time they buy or sell property.
“Shaun is consistently great. He displays the work ethic and commitment to customer service that we like to celebrate at Harcourts.”
The top performing NAI Harcourts commercial sales consultant for the Central Region is Mike Neale, who is managing director of the highly successful Hamilton Commercial.
The top property manager for the region is Kerry Herbert of Harcourts Hamilton Rentals and the best rural sales consultant is Aaron Davey, of Harcourts Hamilton Glenview.
Chris Kennedy says real estate is a highly competitive industry, and each of the award recipients has put hours and hours of hard work into forging a successful career and loyal client base.
“I have absolute admiration for everyone we recognise at our end of year awards. They are all a huge part of the reason Harcourts is New Zealand’s largest and most trusted real estate brand.”
The regional Harcourts 2016/2017 End of Year Awards precede the National Awards event to be held at the upcoming Harcourts Annual Conference in Wellington on 21st – 24th of May. It is the largest real estate conference in New Zealand.
