Opportunities to purchase a good size land package, in an easily accessible location, do not come up often in Auckland these days. But that is what is on offer with the sale of 84 Henderson Valley Rd in Henderson.

Marketing agent Marty van Barneveld of NAI Harcourts North Shore Commercial says the site has two strong features which will make it highly sought after.
