RTA Amendment Bill Passed

Healthy Homes Compliance Statements – DIY or Professional Report?

The deadline for the Healthy Homes Compliance Statement has been extended to 1 December, but even with the extension, landlords must continue to collect the information required with urgency in order to complete the compliance statement for all rental properties and make a plan to meet the standards.

REINZ succeeds in campaigning for Healthy Homes deadline extension

After months of lobbying the Associate Minister and officials for an extension to the 1 July Healthy Homes deadline, we are delighted to advise that REINZ has been successful in their campaign and the Minister has confirmed that the Compliance Statement deadline has been pushed out until 1 December 2020.

Tenancy Termination Restrictions End
