Who says size matters! A small but dedicated team of three sales consultants has achieved big results at Harcourts’ end of year awards.
Harcourts Huntly won the coveted Client Experience Award 2020/2021 for the Central region, outperforming 42 other Harcourts offices in the region, most of them much larger.

The Harcourts Client Experience Programme was created so that Harcourts offices could listen to, measure and act on feedback from their clients by anonymously surveying sellers and buyers. It uses a widely accepted tool called a Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure customer satisfaction.
In the world of NPS, a score of 70 is considered ‘world class’, so Harcourts Huntly’s score of 72 is right up there with the very best. The score given by sellers was even higher, 74, which is superb, especially given the challenging year that has been.
