Having worked in real estate in Sydney, Australia for many years before opening Harcourts Client First in Greenlane, business owner Dylan Mann is poised for success as he opened the doors at 139 Great South Road officially on Friday evening. Festivities included a charity auction for Variety, the children’s charity, which raised $5,000, and the ‘Lucky Taco’ food truck onsite with its famous fare.
Mr. Mann is thrilled to return ‘back home’, so that he can combine his expertise and real estate experience with the trust and professionalism of the Harcourts brand.
“I shopped around with the top real estate brands in Auckland before deciding to join Harcourts. I found that their business structures, systems technology, business acumen, integrity and people skills were the best around,” says Mr Mann.
He continues, “We’re really focused on growing this business, to build a top-level, highly professional sales team, that always puts the client first.”
When asked why he is so passionate about the area, Mr. Mann said, “I love Greenlane because it reflects Auckland’s diversity though generations of residential development. I grew up here and share the importance Aucklanders have placed on maintaining beautiful green spaces like the amazing Cornwall Park.”
Harcourts International Chief Operations Officer Jo Clifford says the opening of the Harcourts Greenlane office represents an exciting era for the company.
“We are really excited about having Dylan and his team on board. Harcourts Client First are proud to distinguish themselves as being an inclusive team, who are driven by the value of ‘doing the right thing’ which is also a fundamental value here at Harcourts.”
