Two of Auckland’s top performing sales consultants have joined forces as business owners and opened Harcourt’s latest office in Auckland’s Te Atatu Peninsula.
New business owners James Zhao and Jerry Wen are keen to make their mark on the area and establish themselves as a valuable addition to the community. Together they aim to combine their in-depth knowledge and real estate experience with the trust and professionalism of the Harcourts brand.
Having each been successful agents for 5 years a piece and with the Business Manager Richard White selling for 11 years, the team have formidable backgrounds. James Zhao said, ‘Our point of difference is out-working the competition and delivering world class service and outstanding results. We work hard to build our networks and show perseverance when it is required’.
Jerry Wen said, ‘We are delighted to be in Te Atatu Peninsula. The area has a fantastic community feel and we are invested in the people of the area. After we opened our office on Friday 11 December, we held a Community Party on Saturday 12 December to celebrate with the locals.
James added, ‘We had free coffee, ice-cream, face painting, balloon animals and a sausage sizzle. Everyone who came along had a fantastic time. We feel the event really helped people understand that we are delighted to be in the area and are excited to work with them over the next weeks, months and years.
Every day is different so you never know who you will meet. We are really looking forward to getting to know the locals of Te Atatu. Feel free to pop in and say ‘hi’ next time you are in the area. You’ll be sure of a warm welcome’.
Bryan Thomson, Manging Director of Harcourts New Zealand said, ‘I am delighted to see James and Jerry become Harcourts business owners. They were both phenomenal sales consultants who have shown huge potential in the industry, so to see them take this next step in their career in such a fantastic community as Te Atatu Peninsula is really exciting. I wish them every success’.
