With a combined team of 22 residential sales consultants alongside specialists in commercial, rural and property management, Harcourts Palmerston North has a diverse and dynamic group of property professionals serving Palmerston North and the Manawatu marketplace.

“Our business has grown year-on-year”, says Stuart Pescini, Director of Team Manawatu Realty. “By merging with Remax, we have acquired eight sales consultants and a property management portfolio which will allow us to assist those in the rental property market.”

When Remax Palmerston North owner, Pamela Lee Burge, decided to retire, Stuart and business partner Richard Jensen saw an opportunity to expand the depth and breadth of services Harcourts Palmerston North offers its clients.

“This acquisition will significantly accelerate our growth curve,” continues Stuart, “making Harcourts a major provider of real estate services throughout the Manawatu. With our Fielding office added to the mix, Team Manawatu Realty now has 27 residential, four rural and three commercial consultants.”

“Harcourts Palmerston North has entered an exciting new phase in its growth”, says Harcourts Managing Director Bryan Thomson, “and has positioned itself to deliver exceptional service to its clients throughout the region.”
