Preet Dean Kerry.jpgHarcourts Preet & Co is continuing its incredible sweep across south and east Auckland by expanding into Papatoetoe.

It’s already been a huge year for Preet Grewal, who in 2016 took over the Harcourts offices in Ellerslie, Howick, Meadowlands and Pakuranga.

These were added to his existing offices in Manukau, Otahuhu and Botany, making Preet & Co the fastest growing Harcourts franchise in the world.

And in one final move for 2016, Preet has brought Harcourts Papatoetoe into the Preet & Co family.

Until now Harcourts Papatoetoe has been owned by Kerry Thorstensen and Dean Edmonds, long-time business partners and friends.

After 16 years as a highly-respected business owner, Kerry made the decision to retire and Preet took the opportunity to join forces with Dean.

“Kerry leaves behind a legacy within Harcourts that will always be remembered. I am delighted to have the chance to step in and support the Papatoetoe team,” Preet says.

Dean Edmonds will remain with Harcourts Papatoetoe as branch manager and co-owner.

“At Preet & Co our goal is to create clients for life by delivering a result which surpasses expectations every time. I know Dean will continue to lead the team to do just that. He’s a great fit for Preet & Co and I am so thrilled to be working with him,” Preet says.

Harcourts CEO Chris Kennedy says he remains in awe of Preet, who inspires his team to ever higher levels of success.

“Congratulations to Dean and Harcourts Papatoetoe. In Preet you have someone who will ensure you can continue to be the very best in real estate. His passion and drive is infectious. I think we can expect more great things to come from Preet & Co.”
