HOAMZ has from this month joined forces with Harcourts W Thompson & Co, with chief executive Tony Jenkins saying it is thrilling that the highly recognised Harcourts brand will be even more prominent in the region.
Southland clients can look forward to an outstanding level of service with all the additional benefits of a global company, Mr Jenkins – who has been in real estate since starting his first company in his hometown of Invercargill more than 30 years ago and is considered a stalwart of the industry – says.
“I am delighted the team from HOAMZ will be joining forces with the successful Harcourts Invercargill team.”
The team at HOAMZ will operate as a separate stand-alone office under the Harcourts brand, which will include their successful sales team together with their large property management team working out of their current Spey St location.
Harcourts Invercargill manager Wayne Ellis says the amalgamation will transfer all property management and sales business from HOAMZ to Harcourts.
“Our focus has always been the delivery of first-class service to our company’s clients, and to support and grow loyal teams,” he says. “We are looking forward to showing our new clients what we can do for them above and beyond their expectations.”
HOAMZ Invercargill manager Carl Wilson says he is delighted to be combining with the Harcourts team. His team are looking forward to the change, and believes current and future clients will benefit from the move.
